我的订舱确认函在哪里?
客户的订舱确认书以可下载 PDF 文件的格式发送至其注册电子邮件地址。 此操作在通过网络提交订舱详细信息的两 (2) 小时之后自动触发。 如果客户未收到确认书,他/她可以联系当地马士基办事处了解详情。
注册客户还可以在马士基、萨非 或 海陆马士基 网站上在线查看确认书。
具体操作如下:
- 点击“Manage”(管理)选项
- 前往“Shipment”(订单)下拉菜单
- 选择“Shipment Overview – Export”(订单概览 – 导出)
- 选择订单编号
- 点击“Documents”(单据)选项卡
- 点击“Booking Confirmation”(订舱确认书),您将看到一个打开/保存文件为 PDF 文件的选项。
