What is a no-show fee?
If you don't notify us of the cancellation of some or all containerised goods – including if you give notice less than seven (7) days before the scheduled estimated time of departure (ETD) – or if you otherwise fail to deliver part or all of the containerised goods for the shipment, then a no-show fee will be charged per container.
