What mandatory information is required to place a booking?
- From Location (Place of receipt)
- To location (Place of delivery)
- Service mode (Merchant haulage or carrier haulage)
- Price owner/Contractual customer
- Earliest date of departure for the vessel
- Commodity/cargo details
- Container type and size
- Number of containers
- Weight per container
- For Merchant haulage container pick up date, time and depot. For Carrier haulage container load address, date and time
Reefer, Hazardous and Out of Gauge shipments will require additional information specific to the nature of the cargo.
