What happens if I pay over or in excess of the invoice balance?

If you have made a payment that is over the invoice amount (over payment), then we will clear against the invoice in full. The overpayment amount will be credited to your account, which can be applied against another open invoice, or it can be refunded upon request in MyFinance. Check your credit notes in the 'Credits & Refunds' tab.
