Foreign consignee is not acceptable, local consignee must be identified on the BL.

The Bills of lading consigned "to order" must be clearly endorsed to a local receiver.

Medication and some medical supplies, restricted and requiring authorization from local authorities before departing origin port.

• Local consignee is mandatory, foreign consignee not allowed.
• Consignee "To order" is acceptable only if there is a valid local notify party and BL properly endorsed.
