Here is a short overview of how you can set up your SmartPay account on Maersk.com for an easier booking journey.

  1. Login using your Maersk.com account and navigate to Settings.
  2. Click "Payment Setup" and then "Add Bank Account"
  3. Enter the country and all the required details for the bank account that you wish to set up. Here, you can add an Account Holder name and Description (Nickname)
  4. Here, it is important to authorize the account for SmartPay transfers and note the terms & conditions.
  5. Once this is done, you can upload all the required supporting document (Bank statement or voided check) and click "Submit".
  6. Once you have submitted all the details, our Finance team will reach out through email to confirm the approval of the new setup.
