How long does it take for a booking to be confirmed?

For the majority of shipments the booking will be confirmed instantly. For those where we need to do additional checks, such as Hazardous or bookings requiring special equipment, we aim to confirm within 2 business hours.

If you have not heard from us after this time you can check the status of your booking by visiting the Export Overview page and select Unconfirmed bookings or alternatively contact us via Case Management.
