As the in-house management consultancy of Maersk, our mission is to generate substantial and lasting value for Maersk on its journey to become the Global Integrator of Logistics and decarbonise our business all the way to zero. We do this by developing cutting-edge strategies, developing and implementing transformation programmes that shape our business, and supporting the growth of talented people to become future leaders in Maersk.

At our office in Copenhagen, we work on strategic projects across Maersk, which span diverse topics, functions, and geographies. We collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and teams across our business segments: Ocean, Terminals, and Logistics & Services.
