Our roles
Business Analyst
Meet Shu-Han, Business Analyst in MMC. The position is part-time, giving students in Copenhagen the opportunity to gain exposure to life as a management consultant alongside their studies. Our Intern position is similarly created for students, but offers the opportunity to experience working in MMC fulltime for a 8-12 week-period. Applications for the Business Analyst and Intern positions are open twice a year and will be communicated through our digital channels, including our website.
Associate Consultant
Meet Frederik, Associate Consultant in MMC. This is our entry-level full-time position for undergraduates. As an Associate Consultant, you will play an important role in our strategic projects supporting the Maersk organization globally. You will manage your own workstreams with guidance and support from team members.
Consultant
Meet Maxine, Consultant in MMC. This is our entry-level full-time position for post graduates. As a Consultant, you will play an important role in projects across Maersk globally, managing your own workstreams with guidance from team members.
Senior Consultant
Meet Jolande, Senior Consultant in MMC. This position is for professionals with 2+ years of experience from a top-tier management consultancy. As a Senior Consultant you will take a prominent role in developing and executing projects across Maersk globally, where you will be exposed to and work with senior stakeholders focusing on transforming and disrupting our business from within.
Project Leader
Meet Kirill, Project Leader in MMC. This position is for experienced professionals with 5+ years of work experience with exposure to top tier management consulting. As a Project Leader you will be leading diverse teams on strategic projects across Maersk. You will get consistent exposure to senior stakeholders while working to transform and disrupt our business from within.
Head of Office
Meet Enrique, Head of Office in Copenhagen. This role mirrors its counterparts in our New Jersey and Singapore offices. The position is pivotal working across the MMC project portfolio and contributes to delivering on Maersk’s transformative growth journey. The Head of Office role has a strong focus on cultivating an inspiring work environment, empowering our team members to bring their authentic selves to work and oversees the delivery of our projects to ensure that we are consistently delivering exceptional outcomes for our valued clients – our colleagues in Maersk.
Growth Enablement Manager
Meet Ida Marie, Growth Enablement Manager in MMC. This position stands apart from the consulting career track, commanding a vital role in propelling forward long-term people-centric initiatives. With a laser focus on enhancing employee engagement, fostering a thriving team culture across offices, and spearheading talent attraction, retention, and performance management activities, the Growth Enablement Manager role assumes the responsibility of sparring on professional development, optimizing team dynamics, and leading transformative change management initiatives.

Anders Victor Konnild - Head of Supply Chain Development Center, Former Project Leader at MMC
Anders joined Maersk Management Consulting as he wanted to transition to business from his PhD. MMC was a unique opportunity to work with one of Denmark’s biggest companies – Maersk. My two most memorable projects with MMC are building “Container Cloud” with APMT – a tool that provides advanced analytics on container flows to/from competitor terminals, providing our teams better insight to bid on liner volumes, and developing Maersk’s first insurance product - “Maersk Value Protect” from scratch. Both initiatives have since become fully fledged tools and products used in-house and sold today.
Today, as Head of Center for SCD, I am responsible for leading a team of Supply Chain specialist across Europe. We work with Maersk’s Key Clients, review their Supply Chain needs and evaluate how to leverage Maersk products to deliver premium value. When we are unable to cater for client needs, we work closely with Vertical Leads and Product Owners to develop the capabilities.
