From 30 June 2023, you can expect the following:
- No changes to terms and conditions of current KGH contracts and agreements
- Digital documentation changed to carry the Maersk logo and colours
- Visitors to the KGH website will be automatically redirected to a dedicated welcome page that can help you find you way around Maersk.com
- KGH staff switch to using their Maersk email addresses (their KGH accounts will stay active for a period to ensure a seamless transition)
- Beginning of visual changes to physical documentation plus the appearance of border offices, including signage, which will be completed later this year
Changes to the legal entity and billing information will differ from country to country. You will receive at least a month’s notice of any changes that may affect you.
If in doubt, we encourage you to check your most recent invoice or bill to ensure the details match those in your systems.

Yes, in the lead up to 30 June 2023, staff have been gradually shifting to using their new Maersk email addresses. KGH email addresses will remain active until further notice to ensure the transition is smooth.
We kindly ask you to whitelist the Maersk domain to ensure emails are not treated as spam. This means adding them to your list of safe senders and domains in your system settings.
