A number of the UK ports have recently implemented new charges per container effective of January 1st 2025 which are passed onto our customers when we are providing customs clearances services.
Please note The Port of Felixstowe 2025 charges are to be announced ahead of April 1st 2025, with just port inventory being confirmed.
For other port charges which are applicable but did not increase as of the start of the year can be found at the Maersk Customs Services in United Kingdom page, under the section FAQ’s ‘what pass through costs will I receive for my containerised imports’. Via the below web page.

Please find below a schedule of these new charges, per container, which are invoiced out accordingly and will be backdated where applicable.

**Tilbury London has two Port infrastructure charges depending on the terminal used either London Container Terminal or Port of Tilbury Riverside RoRo Berth T2R. T2R is a new charge as of 01.08.24.
Charges are valid at time of shipment and subject to change.
Port Entry is per Entry rather than per container.
