Maersk constantly strives to provide more reliable and innovative products. We offer the broadest coverage and competitive transit times at an unmatched reliability.
To continue offering our broad portfolio of services and high level of reliability, we are introducing – Equipment Handling Import (EHI) for All 20/40 /45 Dry containers from World to Kenya.
Important note: EHI is not a new charge code implemented for Kenya. Rather, the existing XBC charge code is replaced by EHI, maintaining the existing rates of XBC. EHI will replace XBC (X-border charge) effective from 1st August 2024 for both regulated and non-regulated countries.
The tariff amount is detailed as follows and takes effect: 01 August 2024
