We wish to advise that NICOLAI MAERSK 419W/421E will omit the Melbourne call while also inducing an ad-hoc call at Suva. This operational update to scheduling has been implemented to reposition units in Suva to New Zealand to serve the equipment needs of our New Zealand customers.
The contingency plan secured for affected cargo is as follows:
- NICOLAI MAERSK 419W ex-Timaru and Port Chalmers to Melbourne cargo will be updated to load NORDMAAS 420W.
- NICOLAI MAERSK 421E ex-Melbourne to Nelson/Timaru cargo will be updated to load NORDMAAS 422E.
- NICOLAI MAERSK 421E ex-Melbourne to Auckland cargo will also be updated to load NORDMAAS 422E, along with an option to re-route via PANZ vessel ANL WARRNAMBOOL 420N through to Tauranga for Auckland Metro Port, if preferred.
