Maersk’s constant strive to provide improved supply chain speed and flexibility to our customers, we will be adding Damietta, Egypt to the rotation of our SLB North Sea service.
Keeping your supply chain moving with agility, connectivity and efficiency is our primary goal and we always analyse and react to situations with this in mind. With the new port call, customers will have a direct call from Damietta to the ports of North Europe – London, Rotterdam, Antwerp, and Bremerhaven – with a reliable weekly service on these corridors.
The updated port rotation for the SLB North Sea service is as follows:
London – Rotterdam – Antwerp – Bremerhaven – Ashdod – Haifa – Alexandria – Port Said – Damietta.
The first sailing of the new SLB rotation with Damietta call will start on 20 May with the vessel Maersk Izmir, voyage 419N.
Maersk is constantly evaluating the market situation and acting accordingly to keep your supply chain moving with as little disruption as possible. If there are any further changes, they will be communicated with you as soon as possible.
