Maersk Customer Experience Contact Centre unavailable on Thursday 25 January 2024 and Friday 26 January 2024
Our National & Area Customer Experience departments will be attending mandatory townhall sessions on Thursday morning 25 January 2024 from 11h00 am – 12h00 pm, as well as Friday afternoon 26 January 2024 from 14h00 pm - 15h00 pm.
We will therefore not be accessible via the National Contact Centre and our online Live Help (Chat) facility on www.maersk.com for the duration of the sessions.
We encourage you to prioritize your urgent queries to avoid any delay.
