As communicated earlier, we have undergone a financial system upgrade to SAP S/4HANA in November 2023. We would like to take this opportunity to inform you about the changes in the digital signature format.
Please review the changes mentioned below and ensure to communicate this information to all the relevant teams (IT, documentation, finance, and third-party vendors) who process the invoices to ensure they are aligned with the change.
The format of our digital signature has changed from 7 November 2023 as shown below. To view the same, invoices need to be opened in the Adobe Acrobat application.
