As per our earlier communication, effective 7 November 2023, we are introducing two new online solutions, providing users with a more streamlined experience when navigating the payment remittance process and a secure platform that will enable the online submission of imports cargo release or Delivery Order requests. This will reduce the waiting time and ensure a smooth and efficient experience with your shipments.
To help you understand the remittances against invoices and delivery orders, we have created a step-by-step guide on the two new online solutions:
Additionally, we are sharing a guide for how to manage export documentation online, which will also help you understand the website features better.
We encourage all customers to use the MyFinance platform to submit payment remittances instead of depositslip.co.in moving forward.
For payments related to sanctioned country’s shipments, write to us at GLBTPCC@maersk.com; for any further queries, please reach out to your regular contact person or use the Live Chat for technical support.
Please note that the dates mentioned in this advisory are related to the upcoming system Go-Live. Our teams are dedicated to making this transition as smooth as possible for the parties involved. We will keep you informed about any updates or changes related to the upgrade.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to improve our financial system to better serve you.
This information is relevant for customers in the following countries:
