Kuala Lumpur office relocation notice

We are excited to announce that our Kuala Lumpur office will be relocating to a new and improved location to better serve your needs. As part of our commitment to providing exceptional services, we want to ensure a smooth transition during this office move.

Office Relocation Dates:

Last day in the current office: 27th September 2023 (Wednesday)
First day in the new office: 2nd October 2023 (Monday)

During the office relocation process, Kuala Lumpur physical counter operations will be temporarily suspended on 29th September 2023 (Friday), to facilitate the move and set up in the new premises. For surrender, documents must be couriered and dropped off at the new office; IMAZIUM 2nd Reception Counter (look for Maersk Drop Box), with a sealed company envelop. While for collection, it is advised to collect on the next working day through the new office. Our website, email, and phone lines will remain operational as usual.
