Further to our advisory dated 31st May regarding the propeller issue affecting PANZ vessel CAP JACKSON 317S, we wish to inform you that following completion of repairs at Auckland, the vessel will proceed directly through to Melbourne, omitting the Sydney port call for voyage 322N.
We sincerely apologies for the inconvenience caused. Following an urgent review of current scheduling, the decision to omit Sydney has been taken to ensure that we can restore PANZ schedule reliability across Oceania ports and minimise any further disruption or potential sliding which could affect your supply chains.
An overview of the revised CAP JACKSON 317S/322N schedule is expected to be as follows:

The contingency plan secured for affected cargo will be as follows:
- Auckland imports will be discharged in Auckland as planned.
- Auckland exports will be loaded on the SEATTLE EXPRESS 323N.
- Sydney, Brisbane and Fremantle imports will will be discharged in Auckland and load on the SEATTLE EXPRESS 318S.
- Adelaide imports (including ex-Auckland) – please be advised that routing is currently under review and will be finalised as soon as possible.
- Sydney exports will be loaded on SEATTLE EXPRESS 323N.
