We wish to advise that the PANZ vessel MATE 309S/313N will perform an operational schedule adjustment during week 19, omitting Tauranga in order to avoid vessel bunching and to mitigate any further delays on the PANZ service.
The contingency plan for impacted cargo will be as follows.
- MATE 313N Tauranga exports will load the next available PANZ sailing.
- MATE 313N Tauranga imports , your local Maersk Customer Experience team will be in touch with affected customers to advise on routings for impacted bookings.
