11 January, 2023 - Final update

Follow up from our previous customer advisory issued on 5th December 2022. The Stop Work Order (SWO) which was issued on 23rd November 2022 on the lifter (stagger) has been lifted by Ministry of Manpower (MOM). The operation in the depot has resumed with effect from 9th January 2023.

For Import returns - Please proceed with the empty return to the depot stated in the Delivery Order.

For Export collection - Please proceed with the empty pick up at the depot stated in the Booking Confirmation.

05 December, 2022 - Update 2

Follow up from our previous customer advisory, the Stop Work Order (SWO) has yet to be lifted.

Pacific Trans Depot is allowed to carry out 40ft lifting activities using crane. Operations from both 15A Tuas South Ave 12 and alternate yard at 2 Tuas South Link 1, Singapore 636904 (1.5 Km from 15A Tuas) remains.

With immediate effect:
For Import returns - all 40GP and 40HC to be returned to Tong Hong Lee Depot.
For Export collection – To allow you to better manage your empty pick up plans, booking revision will be sent to you, 7 calendar days ahead of the vessel departure, should there be any changes. Please proceed, with the pick up depot stated in the booking amendment.

Storage and handling for 20ft containers is unaffected.

For Export collection, for shipments departing till 9th December, please proceed with pick up depot stated as per the booking confirmation.
For booking confirmation with pick up depot at Pacific Trans Depot, please proceed to process CMS slot booking, where the depot will inform the drivers directly on the pick up yard.

Storage and handling for 20ft containers is unaffected.
