Please kindly note that Arrival Notification (NOA) are being sent only for reference purpose and we do advise our customers to keep a track on their cargo on our website and plan their haulage/release accordingly.

You can always find the actual vessel arrival/discharge date by calling our local office or by visiting our website where the changes in date can be tracked. NOA is also available on our web site for signed-up customers, so we encourage all our customers to create their own account on Maersk.com.

We do expect all customers to track their shipments online whether as a signed-up customer or on public tracking following the link Tracking.

Please refer to Maersk’s Terms and conditions, where it is stated: "22.1 Any mention in this bill of lading of parties to be notified of the arrival of the Goods is solely for information of the Carrier. Failure to give such notification shall not involve the Carrier in any liability nor relieve the Merchant of any obligation hereunder."
