Please be informed, Cebu Provincial Government has implemented a truck ban and have taken measures to ease up traffic build-up in Consolacion and Liloan towns. The truck ban in the said towns has been set from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily. During this time, no cargoes will be released and pulled out from the port.
Effective 15 January 2021, cargo release and pull out from Cebu International Port (CIP) schedule will be Mondays to Sundays from 9:00 p.m. till 5:00 a.m. the following day. This is to ensure the truckers association in Cebu can still fulfill their deliverables.
Rest assured, movement of empty containers from depot to terminal is not affected and receiving of cargo at terminal still open for 24hrs.
