Equipment Management Import Fee (EMI) - World to Brazil

In order to keep providing you with our global services, Maersk is implementing the Equipment Management Import (EMI) – Scope: World to Brazil, effective November 15th 2020.

Tariff: BRL 110 per Dry & Reefer

The fee covers repair and maintenance costs of import containers up to a limit of BRL 1000 and optimizes the delivery of empty containers at the depots.

Please note, however, that the fee does not cover, missing or stolen parts from reefer equipment or missing tarpaulins in open tops, as well as containers that are stolen or not returned by any reason.
