Intermodal Conditions for Hungary file contain all necessary information that are need to realize transport with Maersk and Sealand.
Most important notes:
- Surcharge for transportation of dangerous goods equals to 60 EUR per box.
- In Carriers Haulage from Budapest Mahart Terminal (Budapest CY) to Bremerhaven we accept: IMO 2, 3, 6.1, 8, and 9 Classes with I. or II. Package Group.
- In Carriers Haulage from Budapest Metrans Terminal (Budapest CY) to Koper we accept: IMO 2.2, 3, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 5.1, 5.2, 6.1, 8, 9 Classes with II. or III. Package Group.
- In Carriers Haulage from Budapest Mahart Terminal (Budapest CY) to Rijeka we accept: IMO 2.2, 3, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 5.1, 5.2, 6.1, 8 with all package group and 9 Classes with I. or II. Package Group. Not accepted: Class 6.1 with any subsidiary risk (e.g. 6.1 (x), where x means any number).
- In Carriers Haulage from any SD location we accept: IMO 2.1, 2.2, 3, 6.1, 8, and 9 classes with I., II. and III. Package Group.
- Free time for loading/unloading and customs clearance since arrival to the first delivery place is:
- 3 hours for RCO (rail + truck)
- 3 hours for DT (direct truck)
- Weight limits in Hungary for domestic intermodal trucking are as follow
- 20DV - 22,5 net tons;
- 40DV/40HC/45HDRY - 25 net tons
- 20REEF - 22 net tons;
- 40REEF - 24 net tons

Q1 rates are valid from 1 January 2024 till 31 March 2024 or until new prices take effect, based on PCD (Price Calculation Date)*.
Q2 rates are valid from 1 April 2024 till 30 June 2024 or until new prices take effect, based on PCD (Price Calculation Date)*.
Q3 rates are valid from 1 July 2024 till 30 September 2024 or until new prices take effect, based on PCD (Price Calculation Date)*.
