We would like to re-share with regards to the Minister of Finance Regulation No 136/2023 (the “Regulation”) on Manifest Regulations that submission of inward and outward manifest must be completed with respective Tax ID.
Effective July 1st, 2024 all tax payers including corporate tax payer, must use 16 digit Tax ID (NPWP) for Import & Export activities. Refer to official FAQ here - in Notes# 1, For Corporate Taxpayers registered with a 15-digit NPWP until December 31 2023, will be given a 16-digit NPWP directly to the company with format = number "0" + 15 digits of the old NPWP.
For corporate Shipper/ Consignee, It is mandatory to include the NPWP/ Tax ID on Final Shipping Instruction. To ensure the NPWP/ Tax ID is correctly captured, please put it on your documentation (Shipping Instruction) process through www.Maersk.com
Please put NPWP/ Tax ID during 2nd stage (PARTIES) in Shipment Reference Column section -- as shown on below screenshot.

Appreciate your good cooperation to ensure complete data submission on Final Shipping Instruction to avoid failure to load (Export) or remain on board (ROB) for Import. Any additional charges occur will be under Customer Responsibility.
