Cargo Tracking Note (ECTN) or Bordereau de Suivi de Cargaison
From 1st December 2015, shipments to Togo (transit cargoes included) should be covered by an ECTN.
This implies that each Bill of Lading and/or Cargo Manifest should notmally include the corresponding ECTN number.
ECTN is to be issued to Shipper at Origin by Antaser Afrique www.antaser.com. ECTN But same could be produced at destination for regularization.
All penalties resulting from non Compliant or non available ECTN, including Demurrage, will have to be paid before cargo delivery, by Shipper as it is his primarily responsibility. Alternatively, if agreed by consignee, he can pay at destination.
