Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC handles end-to-end warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities. Our facilities are capable of receiving, storing, processing and dispatching cargo, so we can build flexibility and resilience into the supply chain process. Has responsibility for supporting the operations by unloading/loading freight via the use of a forklift and assisting dock
supervision/management with quality assurance, training, and warehouse
systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all HUB activities are carried out in compliance with any company guidelines or governmental regulations regarding Maersk’s status as a Container Freight Station (CFS) and Certified Cargo Screening Facility (CCSF)
• Retain all records regarding bonded (CFS) and screened (CCSF) cargo, including maintaining the CFS log
• Oversee safe operation of any equipment according to company policy and local regulations
• direct warehouse staff with a focus on timely, efficient, and damage free cargo handling (including proper breakdown and build up of Unit Load Devices, loading/unloading of Oceanfreight Containers).
• Encourage staff development through training and quality management activities
• Utilize expertise to guide internal and external stakeholders and act as liaison when needed
• Complete all trainings as assigned in a timely manner
• Work closely with other HUBS or gateways and stations to deliver a high level of service to our customers
• Reporting skills as they pertain to inventory control, supplier stock, Equipment (ULDs/containers)
• Maintaining an organized floor space through cargo control and recommendations for improvement by controlling cargo flow in and out of the HUB
• Other duties as assigned

Pay Range:
$20.00
*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
