Opportunity

Results-driven Accounts Payable Analyst with expertise in managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely, accurate payments. Skilled in validating vendor invoices against approvals and documentation, resolving disputes, and scheduling transactions, including ad-hoc payments. Proficient in reconciling Statements of Account (SOA), managing escalation processes, and handling high volumes of calls to support smooth financial operations. Dedicated to maintaining strong vendor partnerships and optimizing the accounts’ payable function.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Vendor relationship management 
  • Validate vendor invoices to be paid with approval and documentation within deadline 
  • Dispute resolution 
  • Payment runs 
  • Schedule transactions (Ad-hoc payment) 
  • SOA Reconciliation 
  • Escalation process 
  • Call handling 
  • Master Data & Control Follow Up and Compliance 

The Basics: 

  • Academic Background: Bachelor´s Degree Accounting, Finance or Equivalent Job Experience 
  • Years of Experience: 2 years 
  • Software: ERP and Excel Intermediate (Pivot Tables & Formulas) 
  • Technical Skills:  Accounting 
  • English Level: B1 (Practical functionality)
