We offer a super exciting role where you will be responsible for professional, effective and flawless support to the President by taking full ownership of schedule, being the gatekeeper, and proactive sparring and support for efficiencies towards strategic priorities

Job Type: Full Time

 

Salary: $85,000- $100,000*

 

Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401k Match.

 

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.

Key responsibilities

  • Expected partnership and sparring with President

  • Full ownership of calendar, Email support

  • Organize meetings/townhalls/offsites etc.

  • Plan and execute end-to-end travel

  • Manage and complete travel expenses including approvals

  • Ensure meeting follow-up and deadlines are met

  • Focal point for visitors e.g., customers, candidates and officials

  • Maintain various communication channels e.g., Teams, WhatsApp groups

  • Act as liaison with direct reports (Regional Leadership Team/RLT), other functional stakeholders including global stakeholders and teams

  • Trusted sparring partner for leadership team

  • Manage Regional Leadership Team (RLT) engagement and activity for on time deliverables to effectively support President

  • Act as the conduit for RLT team effectiveness and commitment

  • On- and offboarding of direct reports

  • Support other Regional Leadership Team (RLT) as needed

  • Ad hoc projects

Other support: 

  • Leader Assistants recruitment together with People Function

  • Event management e.g., social events, conferences

  • People updates and announcements

  • Admin tasks e.g., substitute approver for Workday or other related systems

Leader Assistants Community:

  • Organize for efficiency by e.g., ensuring standards are implemented across the EAs within the function

  • Sparring partner for Leader Assistants

  • Contribute to Leader Assistants shared tasks e.g., distribution lists and org charts 

What we look for

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management Preferred

  • Solid experience from a similar role – with a proven track record and a can-do attitude

  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Team player with proven ability to work under pressure and ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders at once achieving results and deliverables

  • Comfortable with routinely shifting demands

  • Self-directed, can work independently

  • High degree of attention to detail
