Responsibilities

- Expand current Good Distribution Practice (GDP) awareness throughout the MPL organization.

- Drive a positive QHSE Supplier Management agenda across the MPL Regional Teams. 

- Own, maintain, and improve the Regional MPL QHSE Supplier Management System and annual improvement plan, aligning to the MPL QHSE System and QHSE priorities, KPIs, and metrics, including supplier assurance programs and formal supplier performance evaluation, all in compliance with the certified global system.

- Independently conduct supplier audits according to the approved audit plan.

- Provide Regional QHSE supplier performance and risk insights bringing QHSE initiatives, performance, and compliance successes and shortfalls to the attention of Leadership to drive learning and improvement.

- Prepare Quarterly Regional QHSE supplier reports (statistics and evaluation on targets etc.).

- Embed Vendor/supplier management approach across the Region covering end-to-end contractor management.

- Co-ordinate the investigation, learning, and closure of Fatal and High Severity QHSE Incidents with suppliers including regulatory relationships and reporting. If fatal or major incidents, in cooperation with the Global Head of QHSE.

- Provide ad hoc QHSE supplier support in MPL projects.

 

What we are looking for:

- Experience as lead auditor.

- 3-5 years experience in QHSE.

- Strong knowledge of the ISO standards (9001 – 14001 – 45001).

- Experience with supplier QHSE management and GDP.

- Good understanding of risk management principles and application of barriers and critical controls.

- Background within the special logistics industry and experience in working with frontline operations.

- Ability to drive initiatives with cross-functional teams.
