Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize procurement processes and drive cost savings

  • Prepare tender document and evaluate based on tender specification

  • Negotiation with suppliers on pricing and all commercial terms and prepare award recommendation and contract sign off etc.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in various categories: Transportation, Casual Labor, MHE (Material Handling Equipment), WH Solutions (Warehouse and Handling Solutions), FM (Facilities Management), Renovation & Reinstatement, MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations), Cleaning, Pest Control, Security Guards Service, Packaging and etc.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop procurement strategies, specifications, KPIs, and SLAs

  • Manage and renew contracts properly and timely in a well-planned approach, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Evaluate suppliers’ performance and implement continuous improvement

  • Identify and qualify new suppliers, products, and services that meet customer needs

  • Implement policies and procedures to ensure full compliance with Procurement guidelines.

  • Provide advice to stakeholders regarding procurement procedures and best practices for purchasing activities

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by managers

We are looking for:

  • 2 to approximately 6 years of experience in procurement, with a minimum of 3 years in the logistics industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage at least 2 procurement categories effectively

  • Strong knowledge of procurement principles and regulations

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Meticulous attention to detail with the capability to maintain accurate records.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

  • Good command of spoken and written in English & Korean

  • Mandatory to possess Driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an MNC (Multinational Corporation) environment.

  • Familiarity with logistics automation solutions.

  • Certification in procurement would be advantageous.
