Key responsibilities

In 2024 and 2025 you will be very much focused on:
·        Participating in Time & Attendance solutions implementations in, especially, but not limited only to Poland, to ensure full functionality and compliance of the system from payroll perspective
·        Extracting the T&A data and provide the same to payroll providers in line with the payroll processes
·        Troubleshooting issues pertaining to the use of the T&A system and processes
·        Acting as a point of contact for all T&A system and access questions and queries as well as Payroll related issues 
·        Supporting in testing for any new implementations or added features to the T&A system

Apart of the above, your responsibilities will be: 

·        Manage pre-payroll, on-cycle payroll, off-cycle payroll processes 

·        Supporting in the maintaining of employee data to ensure system access and accurate time recording. 

·        Daily review of interface logs and perform corrective entries where errors or mis-clocks have been identified. 

·        Regulatory and Ad hoc reporting and audit support 

·        Balance, review and approve processed totals from payroll team. 

·        Be risk aware and help identify, report, mitigate and track risks in the T&A and Payroll delivery process. 

·        Support the Payroll team lead in providing necessary data and clarifications to questions raised by audit – internal and external. 

·        Manage the timely submission of RICC controls.   

·        Participate in Time and Attendance initiatives including system upgrades, communication of changes to People Partners, testing and documenting all changes for historical and record retention policies, project support as needed. 

·        Interfaces with People Partner and People Advisors to support employee/ manager queries. 

·        Validate payroll results & provide approvals for final pay credits based on control reports 

·        Annual payroll reconciliation and new Payroll Year preparation 

·        Ensure timely Social Insurance Tax Payment and Reporting 

·        Manage advance payments 

·        Adjust basic time configuration of systems after initial implementation, as approved/required 

·        Track vendor deliverables on payroll SLAs vide defined payroll metrics 

·        Support the Payroll team lead in providing necessary data and clarifications to questions raised by audit – internal and external 

·        Manage the timely submission of RICC controls   

·        Identify improvement opportunities in regional processes and raises them to global process managers 

 

Who we are looking for: 

Essentials: 

·        3-5 years of Payroll and T&A experience. 

·        Fluent in English and Polish

·        Proficiency in general payroll operations.  

·        Strong grasp and hands on experience in time and attendance processes. 

·        Knowledge of Polish labor law and regulations. 

 

Preferred Skills: 

·        Knowledge and experience in payroll, T&A and labor law regulations in more European countries (ideally: Czech Rep., Slovakia, Hungary, Italy, Croatia, Greece)

·        Proficient in Workday and Excel. 

·        A structured and hands-on approach to tasks. 

·        Good analytical and data skills. 

·        Broader HR Operations experience
