Key Responsibilities:

3PL 물류창고 오퍼레이션

• Supervise contract workers to efficiently plan and execute orders within tight deadlines and across various storage locations.(물류센터(창고) 및 협력사 운영 관리)

• Liaise and coordinate with both internal and external customers to provide strategic logistics solutions, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction. (국내외 고객사 응대 및 전략적 협업 운영 관리)

• Monitor and ensure effective manpower deployment to achieve high levels of productivity, accuracy, and meet customer's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). (효과적인 인력 배치 및 모니터링을 통하여 생산성 및 KPI 관리 보조 업무)

• Coordinate global logistics projects with the team, contributing to innovation and efficiency improvements in our logistics operations. (글로벌 물류 혁신 프로젝트 협업 및 수행)

​We are looking for:

• 1-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory role.

• Strong multitasking abilities with excellent organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure.

• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office suite.

• Fluent in Korean (Native Level) and proficient in business English (preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
