Key Responsibilities

To the successfully execute the landside order in accordance to company regulation and customer inquiry with the most effective and efficient way.

Execute the landside order in accordance to company regulation and customer inquiry with the most efficient and effective way.

  • To be able to execute landside transport operation, including shipment planning, monitoring and reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to execute the landside operation on the most effective and efficient way.
  • Build strong and collaborative relationships with both established and new suppliers
  • Working with vendor to ensure the shipment is delivered successfully.
  • Research and suggest the most effective way to deliver the service, form operations and cost perspective and support the implementation of the new process
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, company policies and customer inquiries
  • Stay up-to-date with government regulation including safety regulations
  • Successfully support the customer onboarding process

Performance improvement

  • Identify process gaps and be actively involved in working on improvements to key processes to improve productivity and service levels to get on time delivery and proactive notification to the customer service
  • Improve the utilization of company asset such as TMS, Leased Truck, etcto improve the customer experience
  • Support process efficiency, improve complaint resolution timeliness, optimize by challenging business rules/limitations and improve service delivery to customers

Support Team Development

  • Empower the team to suggest alternate viable solutions and actively resolve customers complaints within stipulated timeframe

Accountable for

  • Customer Satisfaction
  • Vendor onboarding, introduction to products and systems
  • Monitor vendor performance /KPI
  • Ensure adherence to the designed processes for execution of CX products TMS and SOP
  • Proactive customer/vendor support and issue resolution
  • Efficient Cost to serve and delivery of services
  • Maintain and completing accurate Daily Report and Weekly report

Who we are looking for

Background

  • Land Transportation knowledge is needed (logistics background is preferred)
  • Fresh graduates (With logistics studies), a few years of experience would be an advantage.
  • Basic English proficiency

  • Adequate stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Good understanding of the land-side transport characteristics
