Our opportunity
We are looking for our new Estagiário Accounts Payable to join our collections team, which is responsible for the development of accounts payable control functions, driving growth and improvement of the payment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create relationships with external customers and interested parties, ensuring accurate communication to resolve problems;
- Analyze and coordinate invoices, resolving queries and managing supplier payment statements as well as reconciliations while maintaining attention to details;
- Contribute to the development of accounts payable control functions, driving growth and improvement of the payment process;
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders through various channels (email, telephone, voice call, etc.) in English and Portuguese to mitigate issues;
- Know how to operate Excel spreadsheets to control notes and payments;
