Position Title: Finance Analysis Manager
Key Accountabilities
  • Responsible for execution, planning and design of projects for Digitalisation of reporting processes.
  • Assist in the stabilisation and further digital development of the financial management information system
  • Work across Segment FP&A and FBP teams informing, analysing and challenge current reporting landscape and continuous improvement
  • Support financial analysis reporting with efficient and clear communication to stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Identify and implement continual improvement in business and financial processes.
  • Responsible for transformation of Performance management reports on the digital platform.
  • Contributes towards upgrading the digital and technical requirements of the various teams
  • Helps, supports and trains teams with the development of the advancement of the technology

Experience / Qualifications
  • Bachelors and master’s degree in finance
  • 10+ years of experience in finance and analysis
  • Good systems and software knowledge and experience
  • Experience of using Power BI, Python and data science
  • Good communication and stakeholder influencing skills
  • Experience of working independently in challenging and changing environment.
