As the FMCG Integrated Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the performance, development, and execution of the sales strategy for the assigned vertical within the specific geographical area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Pursue and secure business in line with the business objectives.
  • Identify and win relevant opportunities.
  • Probe and identify customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Maintain an overview of the customers’ business within the geography.
  • Research and understand the territory to identify and establish business contacts with potential customers.
  • Research and analyses industry trends.
  • Ensure customer relationship management tools are updated on time and are of excellent quality.
  • Work closely with local product organization to grow revenue and deliver on target.
  • Actively provide feedback to the sales channel lead based on customer feedback and insights.
  • Actively monitor local NPS across segments and drive local initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree.
  • CSCP qualification is a plus.
  • Excellent end-to-end supply chain understanding in the FMCG sector.
  • Experience in Sales.
  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, import & export activities.
  • Strong network within the FMCG sector in-country and at an area level.
  • Experience in Profit & Loss Management (. i.e. improving bottom line)
  • Experience in Operational Optimization
  • Knowledge or experience in LEAN Value Chain Mapping
  • Proficiency in both the English and French languages
  • Solutions and value proposition design experience
  • Winning mindset
  • Self-starter
  • Ability to follow through and resilience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
