Customer Service Operation Associate

Die Position des „Customer Operation Associate“ hat das Ziel, eine reibungslose Abwicklung aller kundenspezifischen operativen Aufgaben im Lager sicherzustellen. Dazu gehören die effiziente Bearbeitung von Bestellungen, die Betreuung von Kundenanfragen und Reklamationen sowie die Koordination von Versand und Logistik. Der Mitarbeiter fungiert als wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen den Lagerabläufen und den Kunden, um deren Anforderungen zu erfüllen und ihre Erwartungen zu übertreffen.

Hauptaufgaben und Tätigkeiten:

• Erstellung von Transport- und Lieferdokumenten
• Bestandsverwaltung und Administration von Waren
• Import- & Export-Zollabwicklung unter Berücksichtigung landesspezifischer Vorschriften
• Beauftragung von Transportdienstleistungen gemäß Kundenanforderungen
• Abwicklung aller Sendungen über verschiedene Transportdienstleister, Tarifierung der Sendungen, Einholung spezifischer Frachtraten, Disposition und Buchung bei Speditionen in Abstimmung mit dem Kunden
• Dokumentation von Schäden & Reklamationen
• Planung von Abholungen und Lieferungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Speditionen und Kunden

Ihr Profil:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskaufmann/-frau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Aufgabenbereich
• Erfahrung in der Import-/Export-Zollabwicklung
• Kenntnisse in der Warenverteilung und Disposition
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich, Englisch auf Geschäftsniveau
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Kenntnisse in CargoWise Lagerverwaltungssystem von Vorteil), Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in neue Programme
• Kunden- und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Interesse an direktem Kunden- und Dienstleisterkontakt
• Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität, lösungsorientierte Denkweise und Hands-on-Mentalität
• Organisationsgeschick und Teamgeist

The purpose of the “Customer Operation Associate” position is to ensure smooth execution of all customer-specific operational tasks in the warehouse. This includes efficient processing of orders, handling customer inquiries and complaints, as well as coordinating shipping and logistics. The employee acts as a crucial interface between warehouse operations and customers to ensure their requirements are met and their expectations exceeded.

Key Responsibilities, Tasks and Activities:

• Preparation of transport and delivery documentation
• Inventory management and administration of goods
• Import & export customs clearance considering country-specific regulations
• Commissioning transport services according to customer requirements
• Handling of all shipments on various transport carriers, tariffing of shipments, obtaining specific rate quotes, dispatching and booking with trucking companies in coordination with the customer
• Handling of damages & complaints documentation
• Scheduling of pick-ups and the deliveries with the forwarding agencies and the clients

Who we are looking for:

• Successfully completed training as a freight forwarding specialist or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in a comparable area of responsibility
• Experience in import/export customs clearance
• Experience in goods distribution and disposition
• Fluency in German necessary, English on a business level
• Proficiency in MS Office (Cargo Wise warehouse management system knowledge would be an advantage), willingness to learn new programs.

• Interest in direct interaction with customers/service providers
