Opportunity

As a Customer Experience Consultant - Direct Transport, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for handling day-to-day customer interactions. Your primary responsibilities will focus on efficiently providing services to customers once they are onboarded in the Maersk environment. You will manage the end to end shipment process in compliance with all company procedures and look after Essential Services customers.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling inquiries: Promptly and effectively address customer inquiries through various channels.

  • Issue resolution: Resolve customer issues and complaints according to established procedures, seeking quick and satisfactory solutions.

  • Reporting: Download and elaborate reports out of our website.

  • Commercial - Identify opportunities and additional customer needs.

  • - Customer channel management
    - Case Management
    - Customer onboarding and relationship management
    - Contract and dispute management

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent is desired

  • Experience: 2 year of experience in customer service or customer experience in the Logistics industry ideally involving commercial support.

  • Proactive mindset

  • Proficient in handling difficult conversations.

  • Strong data analysis skills.

  • Language: Advance English level.

  • MS Office: Intermediate.

  • Customer orientation: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

  • Effective communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers clearly and concisely.

  • Adaptability: Willingness to work in a dynamic and changing environment..

  • Attention to detail: Meticulous in task execution and information management.
