Our opportunity

We are looking for our new Collections Supervisor to join our collections team, which is responsible for conducting team processes and activities, such as: identification, writing off titles and accounting for payments, sending receipts and proof of payments, returning available balance to the customer, in accordance with internal procedures, deadlines and established goals, aiming for the best result.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees end to end OTC process to identify and adjust gaps.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews wit collectors and analysts to identify main issues and drive actions
  • Support manager in developing collections strategies and ensure team´s adherence
  • Be direct involved in negotiations involving relevant customers
  • Engage stakeholders for timely issue resolution
  • Prepare report on status of collections activities
  • Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Coordinates and Supervises
  • Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of smaller groups of employees.
  • Recognized authority who applies advanced knowledge, sophisticated analytical thinking, and innovative tools to solve complex business problems.
  • Responsible for the performance and results of an area.


We are looking for:

  • Stakeholder management

    Experience in coaching and developing team of specialists

    Experience with process improvement and technology implementation projects

  • English advanced level (must)
  • Microsoft Office advanced
  • Higher education co(Logística, Administração, ou área correlata)
  • Demonstrates financial skills
  • Inspires confidence
  • Mutual respect and teamwork
  • Knows how to plan and align

As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will manage our collections process, and will have the opportunity to understand the overall Shipping industry.
