Our opportunity
We are looking for our new Collections Analyst to join our collections team, which is responsible for conducting Customer Collection processes, identification, and cancellation of titles, aiming to meet deadlines and goals established for the entire IS region (Brazil).
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with difficulties in using the Billing Portal for payments by bank slip, analyzing the information provided to identify the action to be taken and presenting the best solution to the customer.
- Identify discrepancies that prevent the customer from paying, analyzing the data in the internal systems and other sources of information, to forward the issue and seek a solution with the responsible areas and providers.
Report problems with the Flex Billing Portal with the developer, analyzing the information obtained in advance and determining whether the source of the problem is internal or external, to adequately direct the solution.
Ensure the cancellation of amounts owed by defaulting customers, by writing off the titles in the Financial System and with written authorization according to internal procedure, complying with the instructions of the accounting area on the control of the "provision for doubtful debts" (PDD);
Support the identification and application of customer cash payments in the financial system, received via bank deposit or payment slip, aiming to comply with the release of the Bill of Lading (BL) and application of amounts within the defined deadlines.
- Present solutions for improvements to the process, systems and tools, analyzing the demands of problems that arise and opportunities for faster solutions, to reduce recurrences and improve results.
- Contribute to the accounting area in entries and write-offs of receipts, through analysis of information and research in the Financial System, in order to clarify doubts and confirm the correct accounting allocation of amounts;
- Maintain updated controls and statistics, analyzing the data beforehand with validation of the information, to determine the results of the team's processes.
