The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented CHB Administration Coordinator to join our team in Florham Park, NJ. As a CHB Administration Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our team and assist with various tasks related to client on-boarding, bond invoicing, and reporting. If you have strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support administrative functions, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping

  • Assist with client on-boarding tasks, including data collection and document preparation

  • Work with the bond team to ensure timely completion of monthly bond invoicing and reporting

  • Provide support to the Fin-Ops Team as needed, including data analysis and reporting

  • Send invoices electronically to clients

  • Perform other job-related duties as specified by Management

We are looking for:

  • 0-2 years of clerical experience

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Outstanding analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to focus on details and compare data

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Solid computer skills, with a focus on Microsoft Excel capabilities

Pay Range: $40,000-$44,000*

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
