Key Responsibilities:
Maintain automation applications and monitor the successful execution of automation products.
Develop and configure programs, scripts, and objects that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
Work collaboratively with operational and technical teams to deliver projects by assigned deadlines.
Understand business processes from a Process Definition Document (PDD) and conceptualize them as automated solutions.
Integrate and deploy automation projects.
Analyze business processes, recommend improvements, and develop automation solutions around them.
Be a self-starter who delivers high-quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either independently or as part of a team.
Create and document test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases.
Demonstrate an aptitude for problem-solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error.
Blend business analysis with hands-on configuration of automated processes.
Analyze, understand, and document infrastructure requirements.
Design automation process solutions in accordance with business processes in detail where required.
Configure new automation processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
Create and maintain solution documentation.
Identify and communicate the technical infrastructure with standard automation design principles and conventions.
We Are Looking For:
Around 4 years of relevant experience and expertise in Automation Technologies: Strong understanding and experience with VBA, .NET, Selenium, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL, Web Services, RPA, and more.
Minimum 3 years of experience in power platform (e.g. power automate, flow and power bi) is essential
Skilled in breaking down large automation projects into smaller, manageable tasks.
Proficient in Agile Methodology and active participation in SCRUM processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences and producing clear, concise documentation.
Keen analytical and logical skills with a strong ability to solve complex issues using causal analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Experience with software development environments, debugging, workflow-based logic, and creating workflow diagrams from business processes.
